Cachapas are traditional Venezuelan corn pancakes that are deliciously sweet and savory.
Ingredients:
1 tsp
Salt
50 g
Butter
2 tbsp
Sugar
250 ml
Milk
300 g
Cornmeal
Steps:
1.
In a bowl, combine cornmeal, milk, butter, salt, and sugar. Mix well until a smooth batter forms.

Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Pour a ladleful of the batter onto the pan and cook until bubbles form on the surface.
3.
Flip the cachapa and cook the other side until golden brown. Repeat with the remaining batter.
